The shipping fee amount will vary based on the print provider’s location and the customer’s delivery address.
Please note that the shipping rate amount is non-negotiable and created from the rates provided by the applicable shipping carrier service. Neither The Paranormal is Real, nor the print provider, is able to influence these rates.
Products can be shipped at a reduced rate if they are of the same product type (for example, shirts, or mugs) and are fulfilled by the same print provider. In other cases, the full shipping fee will be applied to each product.

Express shipping is available only if the chosen Print Provider offers this option (see the table below).
Orders can be upgraded to express shipping for an additional charge.
Your shipping charges will be displayed before you purchase.

Returns
The Small Print
​
As a print-on-demand company, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, this means that there are no offer replacements or refunds.
If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.
